Increase your training frequency by training each body part twice a week. Training a muscle twice instead of once will result in greater gains generally.  Recovery is often better also as you are not destroying the muscle each session.
  3.  Progressive Overload - There is no point in going to the gym and lifting the same weight for the same number of reps and sets. You will get bored and not see any progress. You meed to implement progressively overload. This can be either increasing the weight ( make sure you have good form), increasing the number of reps you do; or increasing the number of sets .
